City of Donna Public Works Department will be repairing N Valley View Rd, between Frontage Rd and Business 83, beginning July 16, 2018. Street repair will take about 10 business days to complete; as weather permits. During construction, motorists will experience major disruption in traffic, temporary restricted street access, as well as an increase in noise and dust level.
